Useful evidence
A screenshot or exact error message helps. Review it before sending and remove private photos, notes, or health details you do not want to share.
Before you reinstall
75 Ironclad stores attempts, notes, settings, and progress photos locally. Deleting the app can delete that record. When the app still opens, use Settings and choose Export everything (JSON) before removing it. For TestFlight build replacement, install the newer build over the existing app rather than deleting first.
